POWDER PAINTS
Powder Paint was developed in response to the environmental issues associated with solvent based paints. Solvent based paints depend on chemicals as a bases of there mixture. With powder paint the chemicals required have no VOC release. The paint comes in a ready to use powder form. Spray guns and spray booths can be cleaned by simply blowing them out with an ordinary air supply from an air compressor, and the waste can be recycled. The efficientcy of the painting proccess is especially high.
Most Powder paints are cured in an oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Once a part leaves the oven, it can be put back into service, which leads to a lot less down time.
A powder coated finish is a run free uniform finish. Powder paints is suppied in a wide range of textures, durability and chemical resistant.
The powder coating process is a much more cheaper process than solvent based paints because of lower waste, fast lead time, low producing cost and "no cost" involved for disposal of waste.
Therefore, the lower cost is past onto the customer, giving the customer a superior quality finish at a great price!
